Implementing Projects

Here is an overview of what to consider when implementing a project within leader.

Implementing projects

After the approved application, the project is implemented in accordance with what has been written in the application and in the budget. If something does not go as planned, there is an opportunity to apply for a change in the project. To facilitate this, the Leader's office holds a project management review for those who have had an application approved.

From the beginning, it is good to think about documenting the project's activities, as this is an important part of the final reporting that will come later. It is also good, even mandatory, to separately account for the project's costs, which facilitates the financial reporting of the project so that no costs incurred are overlooked. Do not forget to use the leader's logo on all printed materials, advertisements, websites, etc. that the project produces or that relate to the project.

It also helps to continuously document your own contribution to the project in the form of volunteer hours, something that is difficult to remember if you try to do it only at the end of the project.

If something does not go as planned, contact the leader's office and check if you need to apply for a change in the project.
