Feasibility study to establish an organization for small-scale food producers

In the Örebro region, there is no viable and expansive organization for local/regional small-scale food producers and processors as well as restaurants and cafés. Several attempts have been made historically, Victualia and most recently Örebro Matlän Economic Association. Unfortunately, none have fully succeeded in building a long-term solution, organization, or interest sphere.

Through the project, we want to find out the conditions for forming some kind of long-term solution. That is not dependent on individuals but can stand on its own over time. The analysis/feasibility study should show the conditions for the members of the network/organization to be able to develop commercially.
