Young Glysar at camp

Unga Glysar is a teacher's guide in folk music that Örebro County's Folk Music Association has developed with the support of Sweden's Musicians' National Association as there was a lack of pedagogical material focused on folk music. The aim is to get more young people interested in folk music and strengthen folk music in cultural and music schools.

As a continuation of the Unga Glysar project, an annually recurring folk music camp for young instrumentalists was started.
The project we are seeking funding for is outside of regular operations and takes place in collaboration with the county's cultural schools, among others.
To develop the project this year, we want to place more focus on dance and folk games.
