Carpenter's shed at Folkets hus

Vintrosa Folkets Hus wants to be a vibrant, inclusive, and creative meeting place for everyone in the community. Through the initiative ”Snickarboa,” the association creates an open woodworking shop where people can meet to build their own projects, repair furniture, and share knowledge with each other.

The initiative promotes community, reduces loneliness, and encourages a more sustainable way of living through reuse and creative joy. Snickarboa also becomes an important part of local preparedness – a place where people get to know each other, strengthen collaborations, and build a safer and more cohesive community.
