Hos LEADER Mellansj\u00f6landet kan du s\u00f6ka st\u00f6d till projekt som utvecklar landsbygden.<\/p>\n

Leaders kansli i Fjugesta \u00e4r obemannat vecka 28-30 f\u00f6r lite v\u00e4lbeh\u00f6vlig semester. Vi svarar dock p\u00e5 mail och ibland i telefon \u00e4ven d\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Inl\u00e4mningsdag f\u00f6r kommande ans\u00f6kningsomg\u00e5ng \u00e4r 17 augusti f\u00f6r alla typer av projektans\u00f6kningar.<\/p>\n

Mellanprojekt \u00e4r en ny projektform f\u00f6r projekt i storlek mellan sm\u00e5projekt och vanliga projekt. L\u00e4s mer p\u00e5 sidan ”Aktuella st\u00f6d”.<\/p>\n

\u00c5rsst\u00e4mman h\u00f6lls den 14 april. Styrelsen beviljades ansvarsfrihet f\u00f6r det g\u00e5ngna \u00e5ret. \u00c5rsredovisning och protokoll fr\u00e5n \u00e5rsst\u00e4mman hittar du nedan.<\/p>\n

Vad \u00e4r Leadermetoden?<\/h2>\n

Samtliga projekt skall drivas med den s k leadermetoden. Den inneb\u00e4r att projekten skall ha stark lokal f\u00f6rankring genom ett trepartnerskap d\u00e4r ideell, privat (f\u00f6retagsamheten) och offentlig sektor g\u00e5r samman kring en projektid\u00e9 f\u00f6r att utveckla sin bygd. LEADER ger allts\u00e5 inte ”vanliga” f\u00f6reningsbidrag, investeringsst\u00f6d eller f\u00f6retagsst\u00f6d. Tre exempel:<\/span><\/p>\n

En fotbollsklubb beh\u00f6ver pengar till ungdomsverksamheten och till ett staket runt planen. Detta \u00e4r rent f\u00f6reningsbidrag och kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte s\u00f6kas hos LEADER.<\/span><\/p>\n

En fotbollsklubb vill utveckla sin verksamhet till att ocks\u00e5 bedriva introduktionsverksamhet f\u00f6r nyanl\u00e4nda med flera. Kommunen och n\u00e5gra f\u00f6retag p\u00e5 orten uttalar sitt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r projektid\u00e9n. Detta \u00e4r ett Leader-projekt eftersom det \u00e4r nytt och ger nytta i bygden. Leadermetoden finns men \u00e4r svag eftersom kommunen och f\u00f6retagen inte tillf\u00f6r n\u00e5got i genomf\u00f6randet av projektet.<\/span><\/p>\n

En fotbollsklubb vill satsa p\u00e5 en landsbygdsfestival, dels med fotboll, men \u00f6vrig idrott i bygden passar p\u00e5 att visa sin verksamhet. Kommunen tycker initiativet \u00e4r str\u00e5lande och den kommunala byskolan passar p\u00e5 att l\u00e4gga en friluftsdag med f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar d\u00e4r, och bist\u00e5r dessutom f\u00f6reningen med att st\u00e4lla i ordning idrottsplatsen och l\u00e5na ut t\u00e4lt. Ortens f\u00f6retag tycker likadant och g\u00f6r gratis marknadsf\u00f6ringsmaterial, l\u00e5nar ut elverk och st\u00e5r f\u00f6r transporter av material. Detta \u00e4r ett Leaderprojekt d\u00e5 det \u00e4r nytt och ger nytta i bygden och Leadermetoden \u00e4r stark d\u00e5 m\u00e5nga bidrar aktivt till genomf\u00f6randet av projektet.<\/span><\/p>\n
